What are some vitamins that help to regulate your hormones? My periods are starting to be irregular and I’m looking for something to help me out. Suggestions?

Do you know exactly which hormones are off? If not, I would get some bloodwork done with your PCP or OB and see exactly what’s off and then take it from there ❤️

I would advise against trying to take any “hormone balance” supplements until you find out if your hormones are out of balance, and specifically which hormone is. Otherwise you might end up destabilizing your hormones even further than they already are. Depending on your age and symptoms, it might be difficult to get a ob/gyn to run hormone labs. A naturopath focusing on women’s health/hormones would probably be a better option if you have the room in your budget.
