Feeling Frustrated

So we just had our consult to discuss our fertility results after TTC for 14 months and everything is normal! I'm excited they didn't find anything wrong but also upset because why are we not pregnant then??? Also feeling down because everyone we know is having children or is pregnant and I'm really feeling left out! Or for some reason this month people keep asking why we haven't had kids yet? Am I supposed to explain we've been trying and just can't seem to get pregnant to everyone I know! Just venting and looking for a little support to keep this trying to get pregnant going because it's feeling hopeless lately!!?
