I think I am ready to leave

We have moved into a new house last year and his parents live about 5 minutes drive from us. He goes to his parents every single day to work on his cars after he comes back from his 9-5. This is what our typical day looks like. He comes home around 6:30pm, eats dinner that I cook and then heads to his parents until midnight. On weekends he leaves around 9am after breakfast and doesn’t come home until 1am. I have brought up the fact that this is not normal and I would like to spend more time but no improvements. He just yells and then leaves. Yesterday I had enough, I didn’t speak to him the whole day. I come home around 1am for the first time ever and he is like I was worried, where were you etc. I don’t respond. He keeps asking me about a key that has been missing for one of the cars. I don’t respond. He proceeds to pick up cold water and throws it on me. I am still not saying anything. He then throws water on me again. I still don’t respond . He then throws my phone on my face and calls me a bitch and leaves the room. He then comes back to apologize. I think I have made my mind and want to divorce. I don’t think I have it in me to beg someone to spend time with me. Should I wait to see if he will change or leave?
