Kidney infection, 3 more days left on antibiotic

I was getting treatment for UTI the week before. Now they believe it’s a kidney infection, which is possible I thought my UTI was an ovarian cyst. And I could have waited too late. Anyone had lingering pain after kidney infection? It still hurts if I sleep a certain way and at night, it use to hurt during the day but not any longer so I think it is getting better. I do have 3 more days left of antibiotics. Last day is Saturday.

I have a trip this weekend. I won’t be drinking because I don’t want to go through this again or set myself back.
