Is my ex using third party?

My ex and I were together for 3 years. We ended due to a DV case. Afterwards, he threatened me into dropping charges multiple ways to get me to drop the charges and said he’s refusing to talk to me until it’s dropped (I’m assuming because he knows I want to be with him). But it’s fine because it made me really realized how awful he was. He was always dumping me but then would still try to control what I was doing and would try to prevent me from moving on from him. He didn’t like my clothes or my friends or anything really. He was always yelling at me and calling me names and getting mad at every little thing. Im trying to decide for myself if I want to press charges for intimidation.

Anyways, I noticed that right after I finally decided to leave him alone, I started hearing from multiple people on his end and having weird “occurrences”. Someone came to my job asking for me. The only person who knows where I work is him, I have no friends or family in the nearby area. They went there just to talk to me. The next day, one of his friends ( I used to work with) from high school (my ex swears he hates him now - but he says that about everyone but will play different in their face) started texting me asking to come hangout with him and drink. When I said no maybe another day, he got really insistent on the one and then ghosted. Then a couple days after that, a woman from his job started texting me (I had her number from a long time ago) and was super insistent on meeting up to tell me stuff about him. She thinks he’s into this one girl he works with now apparently and how she thinks he “looks rough” and talks about how he isn’t sleeping good lately. She tried for a week and a half to text me - asking me to see her, telling me that he had a sinus infection, etc. I never responded to any of it and muted the notifications but kept it unblocked in case she said something more solidifying. Then she stopped and a few days after that, right after a court case, one of his friends added me. I didn’t add them but I saw message requests. Saying that they see me around all the time and think I’m cute and want to go on a date. I deleted all of my social media when I saw it. The next morning after that, this morning, the woman is texting me again asking if I’m okay and begging me to talk to her.

Everyone in my family says that they think it’s my ex trying to keep me thinking about him. Especially with court coming up. We have our final trial next week. I’m just trying to move on from this all together but idk what to think.
