Implantation? PICTURE

Almost certain I ovulated roughly 10-11 days ago (cramping and emotional). I haven’t been tracking ovulation since I haven’t had a period since February (pcos) my cycles are extremely irregular and waiting until July to get on any medication, so we weren’t really trying per say. I took a pregnancy test today and it was negative. Wondering if anyone had implantation bleeding and if this looked similar only had spotting 2x the last 2 days. Nothing increased. How long after implantation did you test positive?
