UTI or ??

Hey Guys!!

I had sex on 5/26.. it was the last day of my period. I didn’t pee after (I know, rookie mistake). I actually didn’t pee for a while because I went out after and there were no bathrooms. The day after I used a pad for an extended period of time without changing it (again, rookie mistake I know) Wednesday I started feeling a little bit of burning when I peed but I didn’t think anything of it. Thursday it was full blown burn + frequent need to urinate. I started antibiotics. Sunday I started feeling way better and felt no symptoms and ended up having sex. No pain during or anything. The next day I woke up with the same UTI symptoms and now even worse. A day later I felt a little cut down there and now it looks like a small ulcer. Could this be from a strong unresolved virus/infection mixed with the tight pants I wore? I don’t have any other symptoms.

*I have a gyno appointment tomorrow* just curious if anyone has experienced anything similar ?
