Would these texts be good evidence for my dispute

I am having to dispute a charge with my gas company I just started services with because of a charge that was from an account I didn't open. My mom opened it in my name without my knowledge. She has done this several times before and lied to me about it today. They were able to give me the address of the house it was opened and sure enough it was a house she lived at. The bill is for $245 that I do not have. And before any of you comment "You're gonna ruin your relationship with your mom over $245 dollars. I don't have $245. I live pay check to pay check. And she didn't get about our relationship when she was stealing my identity. Could these texts be used for my dispute?
