Threesome. Was I in the wrong?

A friend invited me to join her and her boyfriend on their first threesome.

In my opinion everything went well, it was my first time too. I woke up the next day when he was coming out of the bathroom. I got up, used the bathroom, brushed my teeth and went back to bed. He was kissing her from behind and when I got in bed, I just remember turning my back to them and a minute later he starts kissing my neck and rubbing himself on me.

We do this for a bit, start having sex and I just hear her getting up, says she needs a bath but to continue.

We finish and start getting ready to have breakfast at the restaurant downstairs as we had planned.

He goes to ask her if she's almost ready but she says she's still a bit tipsy but for us to go and she'll come right down in a bit. She never did.

Now she's mad at both me and her boyfriend because she says it's "messed up" that he was cuddling her but stopped to have sex with just me. That we were supposed to only do the threesome the night before and it feels like he stopped comforting her in the morning to explore with me. When I told her she said to continue she says she was being sarcastic and we should've gotten the hint.

I don't know how to feel. Is she right? Did we cross a boundary? She says she feels like he paid more attention to me in the morning and that it felt more

intimate than just sex. That he rejected her for a moment with just me.

I want to ask him but given how angry she is I feel like it would be worse if I reached out. He only called me once to warn me she was pissed and to apologize for putting me in this situation. Was I in the wrong?
