How would you feel/ what would you do

My husband and I have been together for 21 years married for 20. We are currently on our 2nd trip to Japan with our children. He went alone to explore one morning and I discovered that he was researching pink salons and Craigslist for Japanese women. He's always had a thing for Japanese women and Japan culture im general. He spoke to me later that night and told me that he did in fact look that up and that he tried to get himself drunk enough to go through with it but he couldn't because of our relationship and that he loves me. I told him so you were pretty much going to cheat on me and he said no. He said that if the opportunity presented itself that he would welcome it but that he wouldn't go searching for it.
