Unpleasant wake up 😰

I think I tried to roll over in my sleep or something and woke up because of a horrible pain. I actually woke up mid yell to my SO running in the room. I feel fine after a hot shower, but that sucked! I generally have a high pain tolerance so I have no idea what managed to hurt that badly. I have an ob appointment this morning though so I guess I'll bring it up.
