Getting off Depo-Provera
I've been on Depo-Provera for the past three years. I want to get off of it for many reasons, it's been a good birth control for me. I've tried to get off it but I bled for a month straight. I talked to a doctor about what I could do to reduce the bleeding but she told me there wasn't much I could do. I was hoping there were more tips to reduce bleeding or maybe even end the bleeding sooner than 3-6 months.
Tampons are really expensive... Especially with a heavy flow for 3-6 months.
