Want to smoke weed but will it affect my breast milk?

Been feeling overwhelmed and thinking of just having a few hits of marijuana (not around my baby of course). Will it affect my breast milk and pass to my baby?

There's not enough research to show how or if weed effects your breast milk. There aren't enough people willing to risk it to gather that kind of information. I would find other ways to de-stress. Take a bath, light some scented candles and put some music on and lay down. Go for a nice walk. It's really not worth it.

Play it safe. If you have to ask if it will affect your breast milk the answer is yes and you shouldn't give it to them.

Your baby can get tooken away if it's found in his system, I would advise not to, but it's your choice.
