Dog advice!

Hey all, wondering if anyone had experience with their dog having chronic ear infections. One of my boys is a Pitbull mix and keeps having reoccurring ear infections..the vet trips and antibiotics are expensive and clearly not keeping the problem away for long. Anyone know of any home remedies /tips/advice that will relieve the redness and any pain he's experiencing? He never really seems bothered by it, but they just look so sore sometimes!
