Hair color help

Hey everyone my natural hair color is dirty blonde I've dyed it to a burgundy but my hair is very fine and I struggle with dandruff so I've decided to dye it back to my natural color. Is the bleaching processes super harmful? Like I said my fair is very fine and long I don't want it to affect it's health any insight would help thanks

Plus do you think I'd look good as a blonde again my skins super fair... if the process is super damaging I'll just maintain this color thanks guys😊
