Time off with new job

This is going to sound ridiculous but I'm a worrier and just can't stop worrying about this. I'm currently a bank teller and I just got promoted to a loan assistant. I'm already going to have to take off 4 days for my wedding in May, and 9 days for a cruise in October. I really want to go to my ob gyn cuz it's been several years now, but I'm not sure when to schedule the appointment. I could try to go during lunch but that's only an hour and not sure how long the appointment will take, but I'm afraid to ask for even more time off since I'm just starting this job. What would you do?
