I really need advice please

I went into labor and delivery last night cuz I've been having contractions all week and I'm only 34.4 weeks along. While they determined they were real contractions and that I was 2.5cm dilated and wanted to take precautions to stop any preterm type labor. Well 1 steroid,2 ivs, and 3 pulls to relax my uterus later they finally let me leave. Well I got home went to bed and woke up around 6 with a massive migraine that won't go away with Tylenol and my stomach has been as hard as a rock since I got home. I called cuz that just seems weird to be that it'd be so hard for so long and the response they gave me was oh well come in if u don't feel ur baby move or feel more then 5 contractions in an hr. Seriously I can't feel anything through a constant rock hard right stomach that doesn't soften at all. And then they say eat something and lay down. I've already done this. I just want to know why my stomach would be rock hard with no relief not go back in just incase after being there all night after they wrote me off for days
