Fighting all the time

I am almost 13 weeks pregnant and it seems like ever since I told my husband that we were expecting everyday ends in a fight. One of us goes to bed angry and we don't do anything but bitch at each other. He doesn't even try to understand what is going on with me physically and he just piles on the guilt of everything that I'm either not doing or doing wrong. I am 31 and I have 2 other children and I work full time. He acts like I am so lazy and that I am so mean to him. I don't know what to do. I want to leave but my family is 3 hours away. I hate feeling like this. We don't ever have sex anymore and I don't think he even cares. I am so lost and ready to just give up.
