Are copper cool IUDs effective?
My doctor said that they aren't as effective if you haven't already been pregnant but the pharmacist I spoke to when getting the ella pill said that the copper IUD is the most effective and she highly recommend it. Can anyone with some experience with implants/IUDs give me any advice?
