2nd Trimester Relief?

This is my 2nd pregnancy but first with twins!  With my son, my symptoms got a LOT better in the 2nd trimester.  For those of you who have gotten further along in your pregnancies or had your twins, is it possible ill have relief even with twins in the 2nd trimester?  I'm hoping the answer is yes. ☺️ Having TERRIBLE constipation (which doesn't seem to be helped by anything) nausea and so tired. 😕 Just hoping I'll get some relief.

All of my symptoms went away around week 20 with my twins. It got bad again about 28 weeks hah. Twin pregnancy is just hard

32 weeks and it is hard :) I'm still working because I literally can't afford not to, but everyday when I get home, I have to just lay on the couch or soak in the tub. Way way much more pain in my hips and back than I remember with my singleton.

I wish I could say it got better for me, but that would be a lie. I also had a singleton pregnancy before and I remember telling my doctor that I didn't even feel pregnant when I was early in my second trimester. But now there has not been a single day where I didn't feel incredibly pregnant. It's either the longer nausea, Braxton hicks, uncomfortableness, pain, bigger than normal belly, or some other pleasant pregnancy symptom that's plagued me every day of this pregnancy. Just have to remember it's not forever!!

My nausea decreased a lot in the second trimester. I'm currently 24+6 with twin girls and I'm really low on energy. Which really sucks because I have a very active 3.5 year old little boy.

This is my 4th pregnancy and first set of twins. I'm 6weeks and so very very tired. April 1st will be my last day of work but working full time right now is so hard I just want to sleep!!

For me I think my second trimester was the easiest.

Mine went away for a little bit and then the back pain and cramping and not sleep started.. I'm 32 and 3 days and I finally.had to stop working bc I can only.stand walking for like a hour to.hour and half

Mine went away for about a month. 😁 from 19 weeks to about 24. I'm 28 now, it's getting really hard. Good luck!
