Hcg & Progesterone

I was reading about those carring multiples having higher progesterone levels after my hubs made a comment about my hcg being way higher than my past pregnancies. He is right but I know hcg can vary a lot @ 4+3 blood hcg was 1287 & progesterone was 32. In the article below 32 isn't in normal range until 7-14wks? Should I be thinking more than one? I haven't been back to the doc but I know @4+6 my cl bl weeks est. was 3+ so my urine hcg was over 2,000 already...
