UTI???

So over the weekend, Friday night, I hooked up with this guy and we were both sort of drunk (I'm not here to get scolded or asked if I'm okay, I'm okay with this decision that I made but now i need help) he was sort of rough and because I was drunk I wasn't that turned on. He took the condom off briefly but I made him put another on. The sex sort of hurt and I didn't pee afterwards. A day or two after I started seeing blood when I peed. It's a really light amount and sometimes it looks like there's little like chunks in it (sorry gross) he said he is STD free and I am too (got tested about a month ago) I have a frequent urge to urinate even when I haven't drank a lot. I'm also in a weird like discomfort at random times. Could this be a UTI? Should I get this checked out? It's been about four or five days and the bleeding has lightened up however I've been taking Advil for the weird pain. I feel like he might have been hitting my cervix and caused damage
