I would honestly say the 17th was your positive since the test line is so much darker than the control line, and it's darker then the 16th which means it's closer to ovulation. It's said that you will ovulate anywhere from 6-36 hours after you test positive. They also say to stop testing once you get a positive because you'll cause yourself stress but I would keep testing to just be sure and when it would start to fade I'd stop testing then. It made me feel more confident in the tests and timing.
