Question about HPT.

So I took a hpt several weeks ago and it came back with BFP dark lines, very quickly, within 10-30 seconds, which I'm really excited about. The next morning I took a digital one that read "pregnant" within 30 seconds. I wasn't sure if this was normal or if it could indicate either that I'm farther along than I thought or possible twins. This is my first pregnancy and was just hoping for some feedback. I go see my OB on Thursday for my first appointment. I should be 8 weeks and 1 day. Thanks!
