Raised anxiety.

Is anyone else struggling with raised anxiety over random things? I know pregnancy can do this, mine just seems to be pretty bad. My main thing that gives me problems is my dogs and a constant fear of something happening to them. Tomorrow my oldest one goes to get neutered and I know it's a basic surgery and have had many dogs go through it but I'm already a nervous wreck about it.
