Period again?!

Hey guys. Early in December I had my nexplanon implant removed, and I had my first period in January. Before I got the implant removed, I didn't have a period at all. The January period was normal. It seemed to be regular. But this month, it was 2 days late, and only lasted 4 days. I stopped on the 21st but about 30 minutes ago I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was some blood. Do you guys think this could be another period or possibly implantation bleeding?
