Are tampons better?

I use pads right now but I bleed a lot and I feel nasty  so I've considered tampons. Should I try them? Are they better?

I felt absolutely disgusting in pads. It irritates my skin and I feel itchy and just gross. I definitely suggest tampons. Wear a panty liner with them as well, though, because most of the time they aren't perfect and leak a little bit. Start off with light, regular, or Sleeks for your first time. These can take a few tries to get the hand of it, so don't get discouraged if you don't get it the first time. you shouldn't be able to feel it if it's in correctly. Push it in more if it's uncomfortable. Tampons feel so much more clean, I would use pads but as I said they make me feel disgusting, and that's the main thing that helped me transition to tampons. You feel no gross gushing, you can wear whatever you want, and they are much smaller and quieter.

I love tampons, as long as you use them correctly then they're fine. You mentioned bleeding a lot so make sure you buy the right kind. I recently changed to super and I still have to change it every hour for the first few days on my period.

I perfer tampons because pads always made me feel uncomfortable. I say tampons are better especially for heavy flow. I still wear pads to bed most of the time.

I always have extra or super tampons because I don't like having to change it super often but don't use those of you are super super light or on your last couple days. Love tampons, pads make me feel like I'm wearing I diaper and make me feel all gross and sweaty!

Well I'm sure you can use both so your not completely changing what you use regularly like pads at night for protection then the tampons . I never used them I only use the pads and they help me . Or try different brands for pads
