Can't stop spotting!!

So i started my period on Thursday and my flow usually is heavy and lasts 6 to 7 days will this flow was light and lasted 3 or 4 days. It ended Sunday night and yesterday night came back but it was light blood. Very little blood and this morning when i checked there was nothing well right now when i wiped i saw pink spots. It was like as if was starting again. New light spots. All over again. I'm getting worried. I just have a headache right now and fatigue and hungry that's all. My periods are never like this. Never been like this. They're always heavy last 6 to 7 days with cramps and this month nothing no cramps at all and I usually have them because i have endometriosis.
