need answers!!

So a few days ago me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex I am on the pill though, and I have been having the worst cramps I never get cramps , I get nauseas through out the day and have hot flashes and really bad headaches. I've been spotting and I am suppose to start my period tomorrow. But I have been on the pill for a few years now and I never have spotted and my period always comes on Wednesday and I also never get cramps. I did take a pregnancy test and it was negative but could it have been to early to tell? Should I just wait till this weeks over and see what happens? I need some help lbs.
