Should I test again?

Soo my period is 20 days late which is pretty unusual for me and I have taken pregnancy tests after it was one week ( negative) late and again after it was two weeks late(negative) I'm supposed to start what should be my next period in the next couple of days should I test again? I have a drs apt but. The soonest she could get me in was in Mid Nov the only symptom of pregnancy I have is a really bizarre craving for cake and ice cream like you would get at a birthday party lol. Also I have been extremely tiered not sure if that's a symptom or not (never been pregnant) anyways sorry this is so long any help is appriciated!!
