14 day cycles 😓😓😓

I had a miscarriage in August, since then, my cycles have been later than usual (32 day cycles instead of my normal 28 while on birth control) I stopped taking BC and we got pregnant on our second cycle of trying. Sadly, miscarried at 8 weeks. Then my cycles became 32 days. Starting in February, my cycles switched to 14 days. (My husband is deployed and plan to TTC our rainbow baby once he's home so I didn't bother getting back on BC) I'm really scared this could mean something serious in regards to my fertility. Anyone have advice or can help? I've called my doctor. I have a UTI and I'm on antibiotics. I have a pelvic ultrasound scheduled for the 14th. My anxiety is sky high, I'm scared and my husband is unaware because of his location so I'm even more worked up.
