Hsg or trip, what would you do?" /> So my sister and dad want to visit family in California. My gyno wants me to get an hsg to make sure my tubes are clear since we have been ttc for a while. I can't do both because it's so expensive. I feel like I will regret not going with my family but what if something is wrong and we wait. I had my progesterone, fsh, tsh and prolactin checked. All normal and I ovulate

I voted hsg, because you really want to start a family of your own, && you can always save up again to go visit your family! :)

Go on the trip and save up and do the test later. I knew nothing was wrong but the dr wanted me to do it and I read ur more fertile after so I did it but it hurt like hell and everything was normal and didnt help get pregnant either so it was a waste for me.

Did they check your FT4 FT3 AND RT3?  TSH alone tell nothing!
