Do you think current society is a bit vain/narcissistic? 🤔

Personally I think yes, people seem to care more about how many likes their Facebook profile gets over anything of real meaning. Society seems to be obsessed with appearance these days and I think social media is a big part of that. What do you think? 🤔🤔🤔

Absolutely. I catch myself being that way sometimes.

I think it provides an outlet that isn't a mirror or old film camera. People preened in front of those all the time, but couldn't do anything with the product of their preening. 
It's easier to share the pictures, but I wouldn't quite say it's made anyone more vain. 
Perhaps it has made people feel more important though. If they get a lot of followers or something their ego is boosted. Which is whatever, they aren't forcing anyone to like their stuff
