Not sure when to test...

Early February I experienced a different sensation in my breasts. I had never felt anything like that before. Almost my entire chest was heavy and had a tingling feeling almost like pins and needles. My breasts were hot.

I went to my gp and found out I was pregnant. I was shocked because I had been diagnosed with PCOS years ago and after years of TTC including clomid cycles never had any luck. So I assumed I was unable to get pregnant. To have conceived naturally without even metformin was mind blowing. Unfortunately I miscarried at 7 weeks on 20th Feb.

I haven't had AF since the miscarriage however I have started to experience that sensation in my chest again. Not sure when or if I should test because I'm not sure when I should expect AF therefore don't know if I'm late...

Any suggestions ladies? Would really appreciate some input.
