Is there any kind of pills I can take to help me get pregnant? That I can buy over the counter. And has it worked for anyone?

We used a lot of different things and what finally worked for us was Vitex. You can buy it in grocery stores in the natural/health section

Try preseed lube. It's supposed to be good helps the sperm get in without being killed . And take a prenatal vitiman and be healthy x

Vitex is great but only if u r irregular I wouldn't take it if ur periods are normal it can throw u out of wack
