Could I get pregnant

Me and my boyfriend had sex one day unprotected and I got the plan b pill and we want to have sex again but I don't want to get pregnant and I can't go on birth control because my mom can't know I'm having sex so if he uses a condom can I still get pregnant because I can't take the plan b pill everyone we have sex
