Professional, compassionate staff who were highly responsive. Our options (and chances of success) were clearly communicated. The price was high but the results were worth it. Their success rates were higher than several other clinics (local and out of state) at the same price point. She was very patient, compassionate, and factual. We got to spend a lot of time talking with her to understand the biology driving our situation, and our choices. Her colleagues were also professional, competent, and helpful.

Clean and advanced clinic but super impersonal. Our doctor was great but the nursing staff left much to be desired. They were very unorganized and distant. We left because of the bad patient care from the nurses. Hire better nurses!!

I couldn’t be any happier. I found the clinic on my own, after my old ob/gyn kept on saying “I’d be alright, there was nothing wrong with me”, but I was already 35. Dr. Homer was my ER and I believe he made all the difference in my journey: IVF can be overwhelming but was not a single day I felt down in that clinic. They assign for you a case manager, mine was Lindsay, another source of motivation in my journey, they always answered all my questions, and I believe I flooded them with questions over the clinic portal. They also managed to help me find a pharmacy with the most convenient price that suited my insurance for the expensive medicine we consume during the treatment. The technical team is all adorable and their facilities in both San Ramon and Los Gatos inspire trust and couldn’t be better located for me (they are both near where I live and where I work). I made two IVF egg retrieval cycles and got pregnant in my first transfer cycle. They definitely made a difference in keeping me positive all the way that I was doing the right thing.

Overall, I had a great experience. The clinic runs very efficiently, which some folks can find impersonal, but I personally appreciated how quickly they were able to schedule and complete my treatments. My doctor, nurses, and even the US and phlebotomy techs, were very supportive and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend this clinic.

Four years ago we suffered two failed IVF cycles at another clinic in Seattle. I was 35 and the end of cycle consult advised donor eggs due to poor egg quality and low ovarian reserve. We are happy we choose RSC of San Ramon. Dr. Weckstein assessed our histories and effortlessly encouraged us to move forward with cycle three, using my eggs. The protocol prescribed, attention to detail and the care we received from the team was exceptional. Our case workers, Laura Colebourn and Sara Romero, were the absolute best. Both were patient and professional. There is no doubt they were both pre-wired for their chosen career and we are blessed to have been paired with this team. I'm 40 and pregnant! Three times is only a charm when coupled with an innovative specialist, omnitrope and faith.

The staff is friendly and warm. They answer emails/messages relatively timely. I did not enjoy the blood draws as they had difficulty finding a vein on several occasions.

Dr Hinckley is my doctor and she along with my nurse case manager, Tanna, and all of the staff have been amazing every step of our journey. Dr Hinckley has a wonderful bedside manner, is caring, and has called me personally on several occasions when we had questions. I highly recommend this practice and Dr Hinckley!

Very competent staff. Was able to see me during convenient morning hours for monitoring appointments. Only downsides were appointments usually started late (they're very busy) and billing could be confusing.

Very friendly staff. You are assigned to a doctor and case worker, and they were very good at keeping in touch with you for changes in therapy and to answer any questions. We were successful with our first IVF treatment. Would highly recommend this clinic.

They were great on every level, from initial testing and diagnosis, path of treatment, follow through, even working with us on getting the most out of insurance and being transparent about out of pocket costs. She was very straightforward and caring. She was more involved for diagnosis and treatment plan, staff handled the actual treatment.

RSC was great! They're tech-friendly and provide a support line for outside of office hours. The billing was a little annoying at times but it wasn't a huge deal. Would definitely recommend.
