I switched clinics after 2 IUIs and 4 IVFs at Women & Infants. For me it was the right choice. I did one cycle with Dr. Luzzo, who changed my protocol. I liked being able to directly email my coordinator and have help and answers sometimes minutes after asking. I can't say enough good things about this clinic.

The office staff over the phone were pleasant, his nurse was running late the first appointment we had so we didn’t meet her. Only spoke over the phone and she was nice - it took a while to even get booked in for an appointment though

Going out to Lexington from Boston was inconvenient particularly because each appointment would take up a chunk of the day, and was never early morning, but the care and thoroughness was great.

I got all my ultrasounds, blood work and IUI treatments at Harvard Vanguard Fertility offices. My wait time was never long. The technicians and nurses were great and I felt well cared for. I did my IVF cycle at IVF New England and had a great experience. The nurses there were very attentive as well. The one thing that was tricky was getting information about my frozen embryos because I was dealing with two different offices. Otherwise everything was great and after 2 IUIs and 1 IVF cycle I was pregnant!

My Doctor, the Patient Care Coordinator, and On-Call Nurse have all been extremely helpful! I left another clinic due to their poor service and support, and now having IVF New England I feel like I'm in very good hands.

Overall, my experience was great. The nurses, doctors, and staff at IVFNE are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The one negative was that I felt as though sometimes they didn't explain enough to me, or give me enough information. For example, leaving the office after egg retrieval, they claim that you'll hear from the nurse or embryologist for a status report on your embryos almost daily, but that didn't happen for either of my 2 egg retrievals.

We've been prepared for the treatment for a long time, and still got very nervous when we get started. The doctor was very assuring and encouraging which really helped us a lot. The nurses are great and caring too. Thanks to all of them, now we're expecting a new member to our family in 3 months!

They have a military discount program which is very nice and their services are pretty good as well. I would recommend this clinic.
