I switched clinics after 2 IUIs and 4 IVFs at Women & Infants. For me it was the right choice. I did one cycle with Dr. Luzzo, who changed my protocol. I liked being able to directly email my coordinator and have help and answers sometimes minutes after asking. I can't say enough good things about this clinic.
i loved every experience at this doctors
The office staff over the phone were pleasant, his nurse was running late the first appointment we had so we didn’t meet her. Only spoke over the phone and she was nice - it took a while to even get booked in for an appointment though
Dr Isaac Glatstein is the best fertility dr so knowledgeable kind and committed to your success.
I went to Boston Ivf in stoneham...Only thing doctor said to to save money for donor egg./Very disappointed in the practice..Dr.Cardone
Sometimes I feel like I’m on a conveyor belt but a good bit of the time I feel cared for
Best decision I ever made was to go to this clinic.
Really great staff and very cozy and nice clinic
This clinic is very well organized and clean
Going out to Lexington from Boston was inconvenient particularly because each appointment would take up a chunk of the day, and was never early morning, but the care and thoroughness was great.
I had a good experience here for my follicle studies. The ultrasound techs were super nice!
The nurses and staff were great - good bedside manner; a lot of directions are communicated via phone voicemail so you have to be comfortable w that
Amazing clinic. Dr Glatstein is great. Dan, my nurse, is the best person in the world.
I was pleased with my experience. Every person I encountered was thoughtful, helpful, and provided thorough answers to my questions.
I got all my ultrasounds, blood work and IUI treatments at Harvard Vanguard Fertility offices. My wait time was never long. The technicians and nurses were great and I felt well cared for. I did my IVF cycle at IVF New England and had a great experience. The nurses there were very attentive as well. The one thing that was tricky was getting information about my frozen embryos because I was dealing with two different offices. Otherwise everything was great and after 2 IUIs and 1 IVF cycle I was pregnant!
My Doctor, the Patient Care Coordinator, and On-Call Nurse have all been extremely helpful! I left another clinic due to their poor service and support, and now having IVF New England I feel like I'm in very good hands.
IVF of New England provides very personal care and outstanding service. The doctors and nursing staff are top notch.
Dr Pang is amazing. Honest, realistic and helpful. The staff are great- always get back to me in a timely fashion and answer all my Millions of questions with patience and kindness
Overall, my experience was great. The nurses, doctors, and staff at IVFNE are kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The one negative was that I felt as though sometimes they didn't explain enough to me, or give me enough information. For example, leaving the office after egg retrieval, they claim that you'll hear from the nurse or embryologist for a status report on your embryos almost daily, but that didn't happen for either of my 2 egg retrievals.
We've been prepared for the treatment for a long time, and still got very nervous when we get started. The doctor was very assuring and encouraging which really helped us a lot. The nurses are great and caring too. Thanks to all of them, now we're expecting a new member to our family in 3 months!
They have a military discount program which is very nice and their services are pretty good as well. I would recommend this clinic.
The clinic was very organized and were on top of everything. Tons of follow up calls to make sure everything was ok after procedures.
Great people, excellent facility. Carla DiGirolamo is kind, patient, informative.

The data shown in this section comes from both SART.org and the CDC. Together these organizations maintain the most up-to-date data on fertility clinic success rates in the US. Your physician should be able to help you interpret these reports. When you see a "?" in a chart, it simply indicates that a clinic has completed less than 20 cycles in that category and age range, which would make showing success rates misleading, according to the CDC
