The staff was always willing to answer all questions. Phine calls were answered promptly. Wait times were minimal . Dr. Palter was amazing. Very thorough and proactive . Great communication.

This clinic was excellent. I could always get any help I needed and the nursing staff was extremely caring. After being at one of the IVF shops on Long Island, this was a treat.
