The staff had been awesome. They remember us the second we walk in the door. The whole staff is always smiling and it's not an awkward smile. It's always a welcoming environment. Even when calling the clinic, everyone is so genuinely helpful.

The staff is extremely nice and friendly. The atmosphere of the office in general is welcoming. The staff will also do whatever needs to be done to answer questions that you may have rather it is over the phone or in person, they seem to care so that was a great feeling.

Everyone at California IVF has been kind and cheering us on throughout our process. They are quick to respond, whether it's returning a phone call or an email; as we ell as quick to get us any receipts or prescription we needed. The team there is very thorough and understanding throughout the process. They are open to answering questions, and very clear in their answers. Reception is warm and welcoming whenever you call, which was a factor when we were looking for a fertility center. One of the places I had contacted before Cal IVF, the receptionist was very rude and I ended up feeling like a burden just for asking a few questions. Who wants to deal with that every time you go in? The process can be stressful enough without rude people. The cost was very close to the general number we were given. They cannot give you an exact number as there are many variables that can occur, but it was close to what we expected after discussing the general numbers. Overall I'm happy with our choice.

My clinic was a well-oiled machine. They are very efficient though also quite busy. The staff and doctors I met were all very kind and competent.

Wait times tend to be long because the doctor spends time with his patients. Dr. Zerengue is great. The nurses are OK, some are better than others. The embryologists are great. Usually several patients are booked at the same time and are seen in the order they arrive.

I loved my experience at California IVF Davis. They did sometimes have long waits, but overall I had a great experience. Very accommodating and incredibly helpful.
