We spent nearly 5 years trying to get pregnant. Four of those years we were trying fertility treatments. We ended up seeing two doctors. The first doctor was unsuccessful after 5 inseminations and 2 IVFs. Then we took a break and came back to a different doctor that changed our lives forever. He had a completely different approach. It took a little longer and a lot of patience but it all paid off and I now have a beautiful baby girl sleeping in my arms right now.

I was treated at Carolinas Fertility Institute! It was has done the best facility I've visited through out my journey, and I've been to two other offices in Atlanta. Dr. Yalcinkaya made me feel like a person with feelings instead of an incubator that needed and occupant. Out of the three facilities that I've visited over the past two years, this is the first time I felt comfortable and confident that IVF was for me. The staff and doctors were incredible and I would recommend them over any other office.

The staff is amazing. They always make you feel like family and will laugh with you, provide a shoulder and are genuinely cheering for you. They make the best out of everything.

Terrible-like a fertility mill IMO. Lack of individual care (if their protocols don't work for you, too bad) and focused on repeating expensive tests and procedures that were later deemed unnecessary by other RE experts. I had 2 different doctors here, bc of repeat failures (7 transfers ). We stuck with it bc financially we had paid for a package and had to use it before leaving the group. We eventually chose another clinic (Audubon) where we were successful on the very first transfer.

I felt like the staff and nurses were warm and supportive. The doctor seemed extremely knowledgeable and remained optimistic during our entire journey. The costs were expensive but nothing out of the ordinary as I understand it.

I've had the best experience with both the staff and doctors at this clinic. Every appointment is a pleasant experience. Dr. Sartor is the best. She has given me my family and I have 100% trust in her. I would recommend her to anyone who is having trouble with their fertility. She will make it happen.
