Appointments are very easy to schedule and monitoring hours make the things very simple. Doctors work together so sometimes you're seeing different doctors but that didn't matter to me. transfers are done in Norwalk not in Danbury but the facility there is really top notch.

The staff is kind of a disaster. I've had assistants who can't draw blood, nurses who can't place IVs and was never checked in on the day of my transfer.

RMA Connecticut has been incredible. They are SO supportive and put a lot of effort into making their patients feel comfortable. The clinic offers lots of programs like acupuncture, fertility yoga, support groups, and even online support. They really care about the well-being of the patients. The staff is incredibly kind and compassionate. Though we're not pregnant yet, the clinic has really gone above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Dr. Hurwitz was so positive and encouraging throughout our experience. He really made sure to explain all aspects of the treatment to us and it just felt like he really cared. He even called from home to make sure I was doing okay after my procedures. Even if the results weren't what we wanted, he was always great at keeping us hopeful.

We have tried several times in other clinics. Fortunately, we found this clinic. The doctors, nurses, and lab staffs are all professional and informative. Now we have two baby girls. It was a great, great experience.

The doctors and nurses made very clear about the procedure of the whole treatment and what to expect. Their bedside manner were great and made me feel confident. Although the stress was always there, but we finally made it success. We are looking forward to our next venture now. Thanks RMACT.
