I was inseminated by one of the doctors at this clinic. She used an ultrasound to ensure the specimen was placed in my uterus. Short wait, friendly staff, overall a great experience.

My staff coordinator is great at communicating what happens next and getting ready for the next phases. She promtly relays my test results. The lab technician and the ultrasound tech are very good at what they do and the staff scheduler is friendly and always responds to my emails to set up an appointment promptly.

I’m 13 weeks pregnant so after many delays it was a good outcome! My RE changed several times so I didn’t feel very close or individualized. Not overly fancy clinic but the lab is excellent.

The clinic is perfect distance from home and the staff is friendly and always attentive. As far as wait time they try and get you in as fast as they can but the Dr is always busy it’s shocking to see how many people are suffering with infertility

My coordinator was great, my estrogen was high after stims so I had to have a frozen embryo transfer instead of a fresh transfer and my first cycle was cancelled. It’s because of the doctors knowledge and his compassion for his pateints that we went this route otherwise I would have wasted a healthy embryo. I got pregnant my first transfer and I am forever grateful for Dr. Potter.

Excellent nursing team. And my doctor is one of the best. I do wish they would encourage acupuncture and healthy eating with their practice. And they don't tell you frozen embryos do better than fresh ones for transfer. These topics are not obvious to couples desperate to be parents.

Nurses were patient, specially when dealing with hormonal women! The main dr was always late. I waited 3 and a half hours with an IV in my arm while waiting for the egg retrieval. They book appointments in one office while he does surgery in another office 25 miles away so we are left waiting in the office for 2-3 hours after our apt time.

Informative. The nurse coordinator I had, was and still is very helpful shew was always so good at getting back to me with answers to any questions I had, and I had a lot! Kept all line of communication open. Highly recommend.

HRC is very expensive, but worth it. Everyone is so kind and caring. Plus, their IVF success rates are approximately 30% higher than the national average!

HRC is a fantastic clinic overall. Very little wait time and the girls at the front desk always knew my name and my case. The nurse coordinator is 10/10 amazing and helped me through the entire process.

The doctor was great. The office staff were a little abrasive. Also dealing with insurance with them was a nightmare. However they are great at what they do. John Norian is very easy to talk to. Nice and caring. Seemed to really care about each patient.
