The staff at the clinic are very knowledgeable and experienced. They are also warm and lovely to work with. Dr. Bendikson communicates in a straightforward way about options and chances for success. Once I started with treatments, she was clear about my progress. As I got close to egg retrieval and IVF transfer dates she was upbeat, encouraging and seemed genuinely excited for me.

I used USC for egg freezing in May 2019. I am with Kaiser for my health insurance so was able to do some pre-tests through them and then received a 20% discount on the egg freezing (excluding meds). The injections were fairly simple and easy to do. I didn’t feel any mood changes. Only one ovary grew multiple follicles so I got 11 eggs in total. All of them matured and were frozen. The nurses were lovely and my doctor, Marsha is very competent, kind and caring. The recovery time was just the day of the surgery. I had bad cramping so took Advil and went to sleep until us passed. I was a little constipated afterwards too but I took magnesium and in 2 days was back to normal. Today marks 4 days since the surgery and I feel as good as new. I will be back for a second round to get more eggs.

The first month it didn’t take at all but we remained hopefull and came back in November and sure enough! We were pregnant on thanksgiving morning! Our little one is due in August.

I love Dr. Bendikson and Nurse Vicki. They always answer my questions so quickly. They found solutions to my fertility issues. The other nurses and staff are also so wonderful! Super supportive of our journey. Definitely recommend!!!

This place is amazing! I went to USC fertility for a second opinion. Dr. Chung was very optimistic and gave me hope that our IVF would be successful. The staff is great at communicating and answers any questions at any time.

I used this center for egg freezing two years ago and was very pleased with the doctors, staff and facility in general. I was kept informed of my results through the process, and was very happy with the final number of mature eggs retrieved (19). It was expensive and no guarantee of a baby, but it was certainly better than doing nothing at all. I anticipate having to use the eggs in the next few years.
