I am beyond frustrated with this team. I worked with them for a year with NO results. Every time I asked for the new plan, or the next step, I was told to just keep doing what I was doing, which was nothing. After a year of nothing happening, I switched to a different group who got me pregnant in my FIRST cycle with them.

Extremely responsive to emails and phone calls. Great staff. The doctor was also great.

Overall I had a good experience and it was successful but Dr. hickey is very conservative and the office made a few mistakes with my insurance which is frustrating and I'm still having to work out.
