    The clinic had some issues running behind on appointment times. But this was generally because they didn't rush with their patients. Also if you show up for your appointment early, they get you in quicker. The waiting room was nice and comfortable, with only patients in need of fertility treatment. So there weren't any babies or obviously pregnant women there to upset those of us having trouble conceiving, as I've read is the case in some joint RE/OB clinics.

    The new clinic is amazing. To add to it, you can tell they have really taken the feedback of patients into consideration, as the wait times this treatment cycle were much shorter than a couple years ago.

    Dr Craig and the entire staff at OU were absolutely amazing. The consultation was incredibly thorough and we felt very comfortable with our options going forward with Assisted Reproduction. The staff was so friendly and encouraging and my husband and I really felt like they were rooting us on through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is considering fertility treatments.

    This is the most professionally-run doctor's office I've ever visited. The doctors, nurses, and staff are all excellent, compassionate, and responsible. And we've seen all of them over the course of our treatment! She has a great rapport with my husband and me. She gave us all the information we needed and allowed us to make our own decisions. She performed both a laparascopy and my egg retrieval, and did an excellent job on each.
