The staff was amazing especially Dr. Randolph. I always felt that my case was given time, thought, and priority. I went through multiple fertility treatments and at no time did I feel a loss of Hope. This place is truly amazing.

After experiencing a devastating appointment at another clinic, Dr.Randolph and his staff were extremely comforting. I felt like he was there to help, not make money. The entire staff has been extremely nice and warm. After 3 failed IUIs, I will still go back and attempt IVF with them.

I started my fertility journey at the age of 45. The doctors were thoughtful and encouraging even though my options were limited! We opted for IVF with donor eggs. We had two unsuccessful rounds, one fresh and one frozen but the doctors and nursing staff never gave up hope. We were successful on our third attempt.

I worked with this clinic for nearly two years through multiple rounds of letrozol + ovidrel, fresh IVF, and ultimately a frozen donor egg cycle. This clinic works with myeggbank, which makes a donor cycle more affordable than other area locations.

The University of Michigan made me comforted and hopeful with my infertility. They recommended and offered support groups, everyone was wonderful to work with, my doctor responded to my emails personally and timely, they kept me informed and provided me with anticipatory guidance. I never felt alone once.
