    Very impersonal. They don’t disclose all the costs or that much is not covered in their plans. My main nurse is never in the office & when she is she is very negative. She ruined my first ultrasound. They do not explain things well. No one showed me where or how to do my injections. They brush off every question I have. I barely ever see the doctor, yet they bring me back repeatedly to get me to pay more and more.
