Everyone at both clinics was amazing. The process was very thorough and truly looks at all aspects of fertility. Dr. Russell went through all of our options and possible routes pending the results of our tests. Once our testing was complete we found that IVF was the best and really only route for us. At that point we were able to discuss pricing, timing, and our chances of success. The staff at DIRM made this difficult and stressful time as easy as imaginable. I am very happy with the treatment we received at DIRM and would highly recommend them to anyone in our area that is struggling with fertility.

I thought that this would be my opportunity to become a mother. I had every confidence that they knew what they were doing. Until after my last implant failed and the doctor brought us in to discuss the next one. Devastated that I had to be the one to tell him we didn't have another egg for implant. We also do not have the money to try again. DE insurance doesn't help and the thousands out of pocket for a loan I am still paying without a child is heartbreaking.

Wait time can be a little long, but once you're going through treatments you can understand why. I loved Dr. Russell. We were with him for 10 months, which included 5 iui's, a laproscopy, a miscarriage, and 1 round of successful ivf. The entire time his staff was supportive and understanding. They made a difficult time easier for us.
