I started off at SRM before switching to another clinic. We were there for 5 months and did 2 IUIs, a medicated timed intercourse cycle, and an IVF cycle (none were successful). SRM was fine for the basic testing but they missed an issue with my husband's sperm that our second doctor found. They let me go ahead with unmedicated IUIs without telling me until after the fact that it would only raise my chances about 2%. During IVF, I saw a different nurse or ultrasound technician, or doctor for everything. I never saw my actual doctor for the whole thing. It went terribly. I don't blame them completely. I know IVF is trial and error, but the impersonality of it certainly didn't help anything. Although afterwards I sought 2 second opinions on what happened and both thought the protocol I was put on wasn't a good fit for me. So after that I went to Dr. Lin at Sound Fertility and she was utterly amazing. She saw new things, was super personable, did every ultrasound I came in for and explained everything so thoroughly. And guess what, she got me pregnant on my second IUI with her after finding a simple issue that SRM never saw. SRM has surely helped a lot of people, but it is like a factory and one size definitely does not fit all.

I love everything about SRM. I often have horrible experiences at medical facilities, but SRM is truly a gem. Every single person I've come in contact with over the years has been amazing, their facility is beautiful and comfortable, and you can tell they love working there.

I did 2 ivfs with this clinic the first one was rough I was confused and lost. The 2nd one was smoother but ending in a misscarrage. I went in to discuss donor eggs was quoted a price then I coordinated and found the donors I wanted when I reached out again to set up the appointment they told me I had to pay the full price double of what I was originally quoted. The finance with this company has been extremely stressful and non consistent.

The consult felt a lot like a sale versus what we really may or may not have needed. Getting started was confusing and the nurses kind of left us hanging meaning we had no idea what or where we were supposed to go next. We felt rushed though. But once we began treatments and after a few clarifying calls we finally figured out how it all worked. They seemed knowledgeable and willing to figure out anything unusual that may come up, as well as helping us move along normally. It's been up and down and depends on the staff you encounter but overall I have confidence in their capabilities. We tried with them off and on for a year with no success. So we're taking a break.

Our doctor was amazing and helped us to make knowledgeable decisions during such an emotional and difficult time. The nursing staff were incredibly helpful, encouraging and available up answer questions at all times. We had great success with our IVF treatment.

I had a good experience at SRM. I loved my doctor and my nurse. It is a larger clinic so I understand how people can feel lost. I liked the fact they had more than one location although I primarily saw my care team at the same location. I'm there for my second FET after a successful first FET and my protocol has changed. They are always looking at research and adapting according to facts and statistics and success rates. I appreciate that.

The entire staff at SRM is very professional, courteous, and organized! From the moment you walk in the door you are treated respectfully and like their number one priority. I highly recommend this facility! Dr. Letterie is very knowledgeable and professional. He has excellent bedside manners! He explains everything very clearly and makes sure to answer all your questions. He has so much experience, I felt comfortable in his care.

Doctor Dudley was an amazing doctor when I went to see him. Very knowledgeable, made sure I was comfortable and set out a great plan. Unfortunately I did not conceive and ivf is just out of the picture for us right now, he was still a great doctor. Would definitely recommend.

This is a huge clinic, but the choices between the different offices is really nice and convenient. It made scheduling easy since we could pick the time and location that best fit our schedule. The staff can be a little bit of mixed bag, some were nicer than others. Overall, not a bad experience. Dr. Criniti was everything we wanted in our doctor. Knowledgeable, experienced, personable and kind. She is always willing to answer questions so don't be afraid to ask! We could tell that she really cared about us, which put us at ease. We felt like we could talk to her about anything. We knew we were in good hands with her.

After a year of TTC naturally we went to SRM and were able to get pregnant one year after starting treatment. Everyone was very friendly and supportive at the clinic. Very thorough, listened well to my concerns.

Everyone was supportive and explained things very well. I am always able to get my questions answered and they understood all the emotions I was going through. I spoke with her on the phone and in email only but she was always patient. I didn't feel as if she was trying to hurry to get to her next appointment even when I had lots of questions.
